Writing From: Chiang Mai, Thailand
If you have been following me for a while, you know that I have spent the past few years traveling around the world. I have not done the best job of documenting those experiences. I have spent much of this year—and this new adventure—figuring out how to share my travels with my friends and the people who follow me in a way that feels most authentic to me.
I used to travel to escape my ordinary life, but now I travel because it is when I feel the most free.
I know we live in an era where people do not always take the time to read, but that is okay. This blog is for those who do.
If you are wondering what I am currently doing, I am slowly making my way through Asia after quitting my job in Hong Kong in late May. You can read more about that decision here.
This is a very scary chapter for me because I do not know what comes next. What I do know is that I have to keep going, no matter how much fear I may have about my future.
Here, I will be sharing my daily thoughts and reflections, along with travel tips and recommendations. Some of my days may be incredibly boring and some may be excited, I will share it all. I have received many DMs from people asking how I travel, how I stay safe, and how I plan my trips. I will be sharing all of that very soon.
