Today was magical. I know that sounds dramatic, but I went to a café today and met an incredibly handsome man. We didn’t exchange contact information, but I really enjoyed the time we spent together.

I spent much of my time in Thailand alone, so connecting with someone felt really good. He made me laugh a lot, and I enjoyed his company enough to spend most of my morning and early afternoon with him.

I’m definitely going to visit the café every other day while I’m here, just to meet new people. I like Bali because so many people in their twenties and thirties come here to rebuild and start over. I know there are some problems with that, but right now, I feel inspired.

I really love Bali. I truly do. I can’t wait to see what this chapter brings me.
